Age: 5 years and older
Inclusions: Mild to moderate sore throat lasting less than 7 days.
Exclusions: Severe sore throat, breathing difficulties, or symptoms lasting beyond 7 days.
Treatment: Antibiotics are available for confirmed bacterial infections. Pain relief and soothing remedies are also offered.

Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)

Age: Women aged 16–64 years
Inclusions: Mild symptoms such as painful or frequent urination.
Exclusions: Pregnant women, men, recurrent UTIs, or signs of kidney infection (e.g., back pain, fever).
Treatment: Antibiotics are prescribed if clinical criteria are met. Hydration advice and symptom relief products are also available.

Earache (Otitis Media)

Age: 1 to 17 years
Inclusions: Mild ear pain lasting under 72 hours without complications.
Exclusions: Children under 1 year, severe pain, high fever, or ear discharge.
Treatment: Antibiotics provided for confirmed bacterial infections, with additional pain relief options.

Sinusitis

Age: 12 years and older
Inclusions: Mild to moderate sinus pressure and nasal congestion.
Exclusions: Symptoms persisting beyond 10 days, high fever, or recurrent episodes.
Treatment: Antibiotics may be prescribed if symptoms suggest bacterial infection. Nasal sprays and decongestants are also available.

Impetigo

Age: 1 year and older
Inclusions: Localised skin infections with small blisters or sores.
Exclusions: Widespread infection, frequent recurrence, or fever.
Treatment: Topical or oral antibiotics may be prescribed along with wound care advice.

Insect Bites and Stings

Age: 1 year and older
Inclusions: Mild swelling, redness, or itching without signs of infection.
Exclusions: Severe allergic reactions, spreading redness, or infected wounds.
Treatment: Antibiotics available for infected bites or stings. Anti-itch creams and antihistamines can also be provided.

Shingles (Herpes Zoster)

Age: 18 years and older
Inclusions: Mild to moderate symptoms diagnosed within 72 hours of rash onset.
Exclusions: Pregnancy, immunosuppression, or severe rash on the face or eyes.
Treatment: Antiviral medications and pain relief can be provided, along with skin care advice.
